**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Frontend Developer** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across Briano’s product portfolio — from conversational AI agents to our other products. You’ll partner closely with our core cross-functional teams to help shape and deliver new product features.
**Responsibilities**
* Implement UI with **React**, **Next.js**, **HTML5**, **CSS3/SCSS**, and modern **JavaScript (ES6+)** and **TypeScript**
* Translate Figma/designs into pixel-perfect, responsive components
* Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs; handle state (Hooks/Context or Redux)
* Optimize performance (SSR/SSG, code splitting) and accessibility (WCAG)
* Write maintainable code, review PRs, and fix cross-browser issues
**Requirements**
* **4–5 years** front-end experience
* Strong **React** + **Next.js** production experience
* Solid markup/styles, responsive design, and Git workflow
* Familiar with build tools (**Vite/Webpack/Babel**) and API integration
**Nice to have**
* Testing (**Jest**, **React Testing Library**, **Cypress**)
* CI/CD experience and basic SEO for Next.js
