About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior / Middle Business Analyst who will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will help translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, support product delivery, and ensure that solutions align with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience working with Jira (or similar tools) and wants to grow in a product- and data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
– Translate requirements into user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria
– Maintain and manage Jira boards, tickets, backlogs, and workflows
– Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Designers
– Participate in sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
– Support change management and impact analysis for new features
– Assist in defining KPIs, business rules, and process improvements
– Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and testable
– Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered features
Required Skills & Experience:
– 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / System Analyst
– Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar tools such as Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello)
– Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
– Experience writing: User stories, Functional and non-functional requirements, Acceptance criteria
– Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
– Experience working in fintech, payments, or technology products
– Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools
– Basic understanding of APIs, databases, or system integrations
– Experience with UML, BPMN, or process flow diagrams
– Exposure to SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
