**Job Title:** HelpDesk Engineer

**Job Summary:**
ISsoft Solutions is seeking a HelpDesk Engineer to join their team in Batumi. This role is ideal for a technical problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and hardware issues. While some tasks can be done remotely, on-site presence will be required.
**Responsibilities:**
* PC administration, including installation and reinstallation of Windows and applications.
* Network setup on computers, including Wi-Fi configuration, Ethernet cabling, UTP cable crimping, and RJ45 socket wiring.
* PC hardware maintenance, such as replacing power supply units, memory, HDD/SSD, CPU thermal paste, and fans.
* Diagnosing software and hardware issues.
* Assisting with office maintenance.
**Job Requirements:**
* Proficiency in software installation and configuration, with advanced user-level skills in basic office applications.
* Knowledge of PC hardware, including repair, assembly, and component replacement.
* English proficiency (Intermediate level or above).
* Knowledge of Russian.
* Secondary specialized or higher technical education (final-year students are also welcome).
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with Linux and/or MacOS.
* Previous experience in a similar technical support or helpdesk role.
