About the role:
We’re looking for a Middle+ QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) to join the team in a shared capacity across three fintech products. The role is hands-on: release verification, automation support, audit-related testing – wherever the current priority sits.
Key responsibilities:
Writing and maintaining automated tests (UI and API level)
API testing as part of integration and regression coverage
Manual testing across active releases: feature acceptance, smoke, regression
Creating and maintaining test cases and suites in TMS for financial flows
Triaging automation failures during release cycles
Supporting audit-related testing activities as needed
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Picking up urgent business tickets when delivery priorities require it
Requirements:
3+ years in QA, with fintech experience – payments, banking, e-money, crypto or iGaming
Hands-on experience automation with Python and Playwright
Experience with API testing
Jira + TestRail/ Zephyr/ QASE as part of your daily workflow
Fluent Russian and a good working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Experience with SEPA, IBAN, card processing (Visa/Mastercard schemes)
Familiarity with crypto-to-fiat flows
Familiarity with PCI DSS
