Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Defining and implementing test strategies for projects.
* Assist in the performance of software testing procedures on the Application Software and ensure all errors are identified and corrected before release to clients.
* Identifying testing goals, timelines, and resource needs for projects.
* Executing test scripts and reviewing results.
* Drawing up the documentation for functional testing.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting processing problems and apply solutions.
* Organizing meetings to discuss outstanding issues with QA team and developers.
* Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems in work.
* Classifying the current software errors and storing them in the database.
* Designing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
* Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure scalable and efficient testing.
* Mentoring junior QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and career development.
Skills Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
* Experience in project management and QA methodology.
* Working experience in the development team for several years.
* Skilled in working with databases such as MS SQL, and CosmosDB.
* Proficient in various testing strategies.
* Proficient in using Jira and Azure DevOps for project management
* Knowledge of Python, Bash for developing scripts.
* Experience with automotive tests frameworks (such as Robot Framework)
* Familiar with such tools as Postman, Jira, Miro etc.
* Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
* Proficient in English at the B2+ level.
* Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
* Attention to detail.
