We are looking for energetic, motivated, and development-oriented individuals who want to gain practical experience and start a career in a professional team.

Interns will have the opportunity to undergo training + paid internship in a Technical Support (L1 Engineer) position, with the prospect of future employment.

What you will do:

** Receive and register client incidents and calls;
** Categorize and register technical issues in the incident management system;
** Perform first-line (Layer 1) technical tasks;
** Escalate issues to the second-line team if necessary;
** Provide feedback to clients after incident resolution.
