USA based company is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure supporting CRM systems, VoIP/call center platforms, cybersecurity, and internal networks across our operations.
Location: Tbilisi (On-site)
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure IT security, data protection & backups
Oversee networks, servers, cloud platforms, and hardware
Lead IT support & technical onboarding
Manage IT vendors and system integrations
Requirements:
3+ years in IT systems administration or management
Experience with call center/BPO environments preferred
Knowledge of VoIP systems, networks, cybersecurity & cloud tools
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
