Our focus lies in providing **Talent Solutions from the GCC region** for **technical positions with German-speaking clients**. We are taking new and innovative approaches in the talent space and are looking for an experienced professional to **strengthen our Remote GCC Team** and help drive our vision forward.

**Your Responsibilities**

**End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:**
* You will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing the entire recruitment process for technical roles across the GCC and EU. This includes identifying talent, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through to successful placements.

**Strategic Talent Acquisition:**
* You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels to identify and attract top technical talent.

**Team Collaboration:**
* You will work closely with the team and contribute your recruiting expertise to support the implementation of our business goals.

**Process Optimization:**
* You will analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions to enhance both the quality and speed of our recruitment activities.

**Candidate & Stakeholder Management:**
* You will ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process and maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

**Knowledge Sharing & Mentoring:**
* You will actively share your knowledge and best practices with the team and contribute to the continuous development of our recruitment capabilities.

**Your Profile**

**Extensive Recruiting Experience:**
* You have several years of solid experience in in-house recruiting or agency recruitment, ideally focusing on technical roles within an international environment.

**Talent Acquisition Expertise:**
* You are well-versed in modern recruiting methods and tools, with a proven track record in filling challenging positions.

**Strong Communication Skills:**
* Excellent written and spoken **German (C1 or higher)** and very good **English (B2 or higher)** are essential for this role.

**Strategic Mindset:**
* You know how to set operational goals and contribute significantly to business success through effective recruiting strategies.

**Proactive and Solution-Oriented:**
* You bring fresh ideas, demonstrate flexibility, and thrive in dynamic environments.

**Analytical Skills:**
* You are confident in analyzing recruitment metrics and making data-driven decisions.
