**Job Description:**

Crimson Education is seeking a driven Recruiter to join their Talent team. This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting hiring across North America and global markets. The role involves:

* Proactively sourcing candidates across various roles and markets using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outreach.
* Screening applicants and conducting first-stage interviews.
* Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor) with accurate records and pipelines.
* Advising global colleagues on hiring best practices, process, and timelines.
* Contributing to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
* Collaborating with the Talent Lead to ensure smooth operation of the talent function during company growth.

**Required Skills and Experience:**

* At least one year of in-house recruiting experience with ownership of roles.
* Proficiency in sourcing, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Experience in EdTech or fast-growth startups, or a strong interest in these sectors.
* Ability to manage multiple roles across different markets and time zones.
* Experience with an ATS (Teamtailor knowledge is a plus).
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to positive candidate experience.
