We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale and standardise our AWS infrastructure for a B2B crypto processing platform. This role involves working with production systems, improving reliability, and contributing to infrastructure-related decisions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure (ECS / EKS / RDS / SSM)
* Migrate legacy solutions (EC2 + Ansible) to Terraform and modern architecture
* Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (frequent releases)
* Enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging (Sentry / ELK / VictoriaMetrics)
* Optimise infrastructure costs and improve system efficiency
* Prepare infrastructure to meet security and regulatory requirements
**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of experience in DevOps in fintech / crypto environments
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments
* Experience with Terraform (or other IaC tools)
* Experience with Docker and container orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes)
* Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and production environments
* Experience with monitoring and logging tools
* English level B2+, Fluent Russian
**Nice to have:**
* Familiarity with security standards (PCI DSS / ISO / SOC2)
