We’re looking for a proactive **Senior QA Engineer** with strong experience in testing web and crypto-related products. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless quality and delivering outstanding user experiences.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure the overall quality of web applications within the crypto payment ecosystem
* Design, plan, and execute test strategies for new features and complex system integrations
* Perform manual testing and release support, ensuring smooth deployments and post-release validation
* Collaborate closely with product, development, and design teams to clarify requirements and ensure UI/UX consistency
* Work with customer support teams to analyze and reproduce user-reported issues
* Monitor production systems using tools like Sentry, OpenSearch, and Grafana, ensuring timely detection and escalation of live incidents
**Requirements**
* 4–6 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
* 1–2 years of experience with crypto-related projects (e.g., blockchain, payment processing, digital wallets)
* Strong experience in API testing and working with databases
* Experience testing microservices-based architectures, including service-to-service integrations
* Familiarity with production monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, OpenSearch, Grafana, Kibana)
* Understanding of Git-flow practices (branching strategies, merge processes, deployment)
* Hands-on experience with localization and internationalization testing across multiple languages and regions
* Ability to test against design mockups and collaborate effectively with design teams
* Proactivity and a strong product mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive results
* English proficiency at B1+ level or higher would be an advantage
**Nice to have**
* Experience with test automation (preferably using TypeScript)
* Knowledge of security testing practices in fintech/crypto domains
