**Responsibilities:**
* Support the recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles under the guidance of senior team members.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and gather missing information.
* Help create and update interview questions, scoring sheets, and test assignments when needed.
* Conduct initial screening calls following structured scripts and evaluation checklists.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of candidate records in the ATS (Workable).
* Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Prepare regular reports and assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment.
* Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements when assigned.
**Requirements:**
* Analytical mindset: Ability to review hiring data, notice simple patterns, and support improvements in the recruitment process.
* Language skills: English at B2-C1 level; Russian is a plus.
* Work approach: Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with urgency and follow established processes.
* Relevant experience:
* 6+ months of hands-on recruitment experience OR
* 1-2 years as an HR Assistant with partial involvement in sourcing, screening, or interview coordination.
* Experience with global or international hiring environments is an advantage, but not required.
* Previous exposure to an ATS or HR systems is a plus.
