Role Overview:
We’re looking for Tech Support specialist to provide fast, reliable, and professional technical support to US and EU customers. This role is customer-facing, hands-on, and requires strong problem-solving skills.

You’ll help clients secure their devices, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience with CyberNoble365 services.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide remote support for mobile devices, computers, and cybersecurity apps.
* Troubleshoot technical issues using company protocols and remote tools.
* Guide customers through problem resolution clearly and professionally in English.
* Log and track all support interactions in the CRM accurately.
* Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the IT and Product teams.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

What You Bring:
* Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting for end-users.
* English C1 level or higher (verbal and written) is essential.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, mobile devices, or computer systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
