We are looking for a “Swiss Army Knife” professional who doesn’t believe in the traditional boundaries between “Project Manager” and “Developer.” In today’s world, the most valuable skill isn’t just writing code—it’s the ability to find a solution using every tool available.
We need someone based in Tbilisi who is excited to build small-scale ERPs and business tools for local and international clients by combining Project Management instincts with AI-driven development.
Primary Focus: PM & AI Orchestration
The Solution Finder: Your most important task is figuring it out. Whether it’s a client request or a technical roadblock, you would become responsible for finding the “how” and the “why.”
AI Implementation: You will use “magic” AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, and coding assistants) to accelerate the build phase. You aren’t just a user of AI; you are an architect who knows how to prompt it to help create functional business systems.
Project Leadership: You will grow into a project management position and own the project lifecycle. This would mean communicating with clients, setting milestones, and ensuring the final product solves the actual business problem.
Secondary Focus: Data Management & Pipelines
Pipeline Architecture: You need to understand the “full pipeline”—how data moves from a user’s input, through a system, and into a final report or AI output.
Data Management: You will be responsible for organizing and managing the data structures that power our tools. You should have a natural intuition for how information should be stored, cleaned, and retrieved.
The “Full-Stack” Attitude: While you don’t need to be a senior programmer, you should have a strong interest in “full-stack” thinking. You are someone who wants to understand both the interface the client sees and the logic running in the background.
Who You Are
High Agency: You don’t wait for a manual. If you don’t know how to do something, you use AI, research, and trial-and-error to learn it in hours, not weeks.
Technically Curious: You might not be a “coder” by trade yet, but you love playing with tech, automations, and new digital tools.
Organized & Communicative: You have the discipline to manage multiple tasks and the English proficiency to interact with international clients effectively.
Process-Oriented: You enjoy mapping out workflows and finding ways to make businesses run more efficiently.
