**About the role**
DevelopmentAid Recruitment Solutions (DRS), in partnership with AETS (Application Européenne de Technologies et de Services), is seeking an International Recruiter to support expert sourcing for development projects funded by the European Union and international donors. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of international cooperation and contribute to high-impact projects.
**Main responsibilities**
* Identify, research, and approach qualified experts for framework contracts (FWC) and technical assistance (TA) projects.
* Analyse Terms of Reference and client needs to translate them into targeted searches.
* Use databases, social media, and direct outreach to source suitable profiles.
* Support proposal preparation (CV selection and formatting, document collection).
* Build and maintain a network of international experts.
* Work closely with AETS’s sourcing team and project managers.
**Profile sought**
* Degree in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Management, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in international recruitment, ideally in EU cooperation/development.
* Good knowledge of EU institutions, IFIs, and donor-funded programmes.
* Excellent communication and networking skills.
* Proficiency in English; another EU language (French, Spanish, Portuguese…) is an asset.
* Strong organisational skills, results orientation, and ability to work in a multicultural, dynamic environment.

Full-time position (22 days/month) or Part-time position (to be agreed)
