As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated IT Sourcer who will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top IT experts. You will partner with our recruitment and project teams to source candidates who meet our high standards and align with our company culture.

**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with recruiters and business teams to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans.
* Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking and leveraging various sourcing techniques.
* Apply initial candidate screening to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
* Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in our applicant tracking system.
* Maintain accurate records of every individual outreached in our recruitment management system.
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

**Qualifications:**
* Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or human resources, preferably in the tech industry.
* Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including social media and professional networks.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* English language level of full working proficiency (B2).
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not essential with relevant experience.
