About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of a global, multi-brand design system and deliver scalable, user-centered mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity execution and developer handoff
Translate business objectives and user needs into intuitive and engaging experiences
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders
Conduct and apply user research and usability testing insights
Advocate for user-centered and accessible design practices (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
Stay up to date with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and mobile design standards
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with strong expertise in mobile applications
Proven experience building and evolving design systems and reusable components
Strong understanding of iOS and Android UI/UX guidelines and best practices
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Solid knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
