**Job Description:**
DIGITAL ELITES FZE LLC is seeking a reliable Part-Time IT Support Technician to assist its call center team with basic technical support. The role involves maintaining workstations, installing software, and helping staff with simple network or connectivity issues. This position is ideal for candidates with call center experience and hands-on knowledge of computers, Windows setup, and basic networking.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Installing and configuring Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and essential software.
* Setting up new systems for new staff members.
* Troubleshooting basic internet/network connectivity issues.
* Assisting agents with PC or connectivity problems.
* Performing basic checks on routers or network devices (Mikrotik / Cisco basics).
* Ensuring smooth system operation during shift hours.
* Coordinating with management for necessary escalations.
**Requirements:**
* Basic understanding of Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings).
* Familiarity with Cisco and Mikrotik routers (basic knowledge is sufficient).
* Ability to install Windows and necessary software.
* Good communication and customer support skills.
* Previous technical support experience in a call center environment is a plus.
* Organized, responsible, and proactive work attitude.
**Work Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Part-Time)
**Offer:**
* Salary: 1200–1500 GEL (Net)
