🚀 **Backend Engineer (C#/.NET) – Trading Systems**

I’m hiring **on behalf of my client**, a high-performance trading firm building real-time **market-making, execution, and liquidity systems**.
A **lean, engineering-first culture,** no bureaucracy, fast decision-making, full ownership, and a team that values autonomy, speed, and solving real problems. You work closely with product + trading, ship quickly, and see direct impact.
We’re looking for someone who has **built or developed trading systems end-to-end**, with experience in **HFT, market making, or exchanges,** not someone who has only improved, maintained, or participated in existing systems.
**We’re looking for someone who has:**
* Built **trading systems end-to-end** (HFT, market making, exchanges, real-time platforms)
* 5+ years with **C# / .NET Core**
* Strong microservices, AWS/Azure, SQL/NoSQL
* REST APIs, WebSockets, high-volume data pipelines
* Kafka/RabbitMQ + CI/CD familiarity
* Security mindset for financial/crypto systems
* Bonus: crypto/blockchain knowledge
Top Domains include: high‑frequency trading, trading domain, gambling, betting, i-gaming
