The **Job Description** is as follows:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Product Manager** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key area of our platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring innovative products to market.
**Responsibilities:**
* Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product area.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and opportunities.
* Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
* Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
* Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, both internally and externally.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products.
* Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with user research and data analysis.
