Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for several large B2B clients in the electronics sector, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints.
* Monitor transport flows and ensure adherence to customer agreements, making adjustments as needed.
* Maintain operational contact with existing customers.
* Support contract management in managing and retaining existing customer contracts.
* Prepare and share customer reports and exchange relevant information with customers and internal teams.
* Collaborate with colleagues in planning, operations, and contract management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, forwarding, or transport logistics.
* Strong communication skills and experience in customer contact and relationship management.
* Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English.
* Structured approach to work and the ability to switch quickly between different customers and transport assignments.
* Ambitious and willing to grow with DSV.
