**Role Description:**
Edumentors is hiring a **Product Manager** to take ownership of our platform development and product processes. Our technology is at the core of our success, and this role gives you the opportunity to directly influence how our product evolves and performs from day one. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and validate technical tasks effectively. If you are proactive, analytical, and excited about building and improving digital products — this role is for you.
**Requirements:**
* Fluent spoken and written English
* Demonstrated knowledge of software development languages and processes
* Strong understanding of product management principles and task prioritization
* Proficiency in automations and no-code website building tools is a plus
* High sense of responsibility, ownership, and attention to detail
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Must have a functional laptop and mobile phone

**Responsibilities:**
* Taking full ownership of platform development processes and task management
* Performing regular checks of platform functionality and identifying areas for improvement
* Defining tasks, creating cards, and assigning them to the appropriate team members
* Rigorously checking and validating completed tasks (QA/QC) and providing structured feedback
* Using analytics tools to monitor user activity and identify product improvement opportunities
* Researching competitors and identifying important features and innovations
* Coordinating closely with developers and other team members to ensure timely execution
* Performing additional product development–related tasks assigned by the supervisor
**Additional Details:**
* **Working Hours:** 14:00–23:00 (GE Time), plus a rotating Sat/Sun shift from home
* **Location:** Tbilisi, Kavtaradze Str.
