We’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer
You will contribute to building a reliable and automated platform that streamlines delivery across development teams
This is a hands-on position with real impact on architecture, automation, and platform evolution
We are hiring DevOps engineers to cover Asia, Europe, and Latin America time zones (fully remote)
Mission
Design, build, and evolve a reliable, scalable, and automated self-service platform that enables development teams to deliver business value quickly and securely
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop core platform components (Kubernetes, CI/CD, Observability, Networking)
Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible for hybrid and bare-metal environments
Create reusable CI/CD pipelines and internal automation tools (CLI utilities, Kubernetes operators) to simplify developer workflows
Integrate security and reliability solutions (Vault, Nessus, Keycloak) to ensure system stability and protection
Provide technical guidance to development teams and participate in triage/support during the transition phase
Requirements
Experience with bare-metal (Hetzner, OVH, etc.) and cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr)
Strong hands-on knowledge of Terraform and Ansible
Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Helm
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Loki
Familiarity with Vault, Keycloak, Nessus, Cloudflare, and networking (Cilium/eBPF, Nginx, Traefik, Kong, TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Minio) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS)
Programming skills in Go, Python, or Crystal Lang
English – Upper Intermediate or higher
