The role of an **Assistant Controller** is to support the Controller in overseeing and managing all accounting operations. This includes financial statement preparation, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The Assistant Controller will also assist with audits, tax filings, and improving financial processes and systems. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a strong understanding of GAAP and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
