**Job Description:**
Enterprise Georgia is seeking a Growth Hub Business Consultant to support the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises in Tbilisi. The consultant will play a key role in delivering consulting services, improving business skills, and providing essential information to entrepreneurs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs.
* Conduct business diagnostics to identify challenges and recommend support services.
* Organize and support capacity-building events (trainings, workshops).
* Assist in compiling monthly operational and performance reports.
* Conduct market analysis and research on the local economy.
* Map and update regional stakeholder profiles.
* Maintain accurate client and business ecosystem data.
* Provide consultations to entrepreneurs on available support programs and opportunities.
* Cooperate with local municipalities, business support agencies, and donor organizations.
* Collect and maintain data for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the Growth Hub Manager.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, management, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of working experience in small and medium business support.
* Knowledge of English at B2 level is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong data analysis, business correspondence, and communication/presentation skills.
* Good analytical skills, sense of responsibility, teamwork, and attention to detail.
**Contract Details:**
* Full-time, one-year employment contract with the possibility of extension until June 2027.
* Workplace: Tbilisi.
* Estimated gross salary: GEL 4,400.00 per month (negotiable based on experience).
