We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to maintain and support critical applications, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot issues across environments. Collaborating with development and operations teams, you will deliver reliable solutions and optimize system performance.
**Responsibilities**
* Address issues and problems detected by monitoring systems and/or reported by internal or external users
* Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues
* Automate routine/toil through scripting and tools
* Perform root cause analysis and postmortems, apply changes as needed
* Manage project documentation and runbooks
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in software application support
* Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
* Solid understanding of Linux administration
* Familiarity with application monitoring tools and log analysis
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions
* Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
* Fluent English communication skills including speaking and writing
**Nice to have**
* Experience in Agile Development practices
* Experience in Grafana
