We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team and help design processes and consult clients on end-to-end solutions build on ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will play a key role on a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers all over the world.

Responsibilities:
Requirement collection and analysis form the foundation of the role
User Stories and specifications are developed to guide the team
ESM processes, including ITSM, require structured improvement
Process expertise is provided to both customers and team members
Stakeholder communication is facilitated to ensure alignment
Documentation is maintained for process clarity
Pre-sales activities and demo support are included in the scope
Requirements:
Background in ESM process design with modeling tools is essential
Communication, negotiation and presentation skills are necessary
Understanding of Agile methodologies supports project delivery
ITIL knowledge is expected for process alignment
ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform proficiency is required
Experience with technical and business stakeholders is valued
Competency in business process modeling is important
English proficiency at B2+ level is mandatory
