We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Android Engineer to drive the development and innovation of Android applications while leading a talented team of engineers.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Android engineers to deliver high-quality applications
Oversee the implementation of modular, scalable, and efficient code
Architect and ensure adherence to MVVM or CLEAN design principles for maintainable codebases
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define app requirements and features
Utilize Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to develop and enhance application functionality
Apply Dependency Injection for optimizing application structure and testing
Implement Reactive Programming methods such as RxJava or coroutines for managing complex tasks
Ensure user-friendly interfaces following Material Design guidelines
Perform code reviews to maintain high development standards and best practices
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance
Communicate effectively and align team efforts with project and organizational goals
Stay informed on emerging Android development trends and technologies

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development with 2+ years in a lead role
Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Dependency Injection
Understanding of MVVM and CLEAN architectural patterns
Proficiency in Reactive Programming, including RxJava or coroutines
Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and their application in UI/UX
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
Competency in guiding teams and delivering high-impact projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills with professional-level English (B2 or higher)
