We are seeking a skilled and proactive Lead Android Engineer to drive the development and innovation of Android applications while leading a talented team of engineers.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and mentor a team of Android engineers to deliver high-quality applications
* Oversee the implementation of modular, scalable, and efficient code
* Architect and ensure adherence to MVVM or CLEAN design principles for maintainable codebases
* Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define app requirements and features
* Utilize Kotlin and Jetpack Compose to develop and enhance application functionality
* Apply Dependency Injection for optimizing application structure and testing
* Implement Reactive Programming methods such as RxJava or coroutines for managing complex tasks
* Ensure user-friendly interfaces following Material Design guidelines
* Perform code reviews to maintain high development standards and best practices
* Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performance
* Communicate effectively and align team efforts with project and organizational goals
* Stay informed on emerging Android development trends and technologies
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development with 2+ years in a lead role
* Expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Dependency Injection
* Understanding of MVVM and CLEAN architectural patterns
* Proficiency in Reactive Programming, including RxJava or coroutines
* Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and their application in UI/UX
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges
* Competency in guiding teams and delivering high-impact projects
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with professional-level English (B2 or higher)
