We are searching for a Lead BTP DevOps to become part of our team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing cloud-based platforms and ensuring high standards of operational performance. Youβll have the chance to engage with forward-thinking initiatives and work alongside skilled colleagues in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
* Guide the rollout and administration of SAP BTP cloud applications
* Enhance and sustain the stability and efficiency of systems
* Work in partnership with development and operations groups to achieve smooth system integration
* Supervise and allocate cloud infrastructure assets
* Drive automation for routine operational activities and processes
* Uphold security protocols and governance requirements
* Assist with incident management and conduct thorough root cause investigations
* Play an active part in refining and evolving DevOps methodologies
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in DevOps positions
* At least one year of experience leading and coordinating development teams
* Demonstrated proficiency in BTP DevOps practices
* Hands-on background with SAP BTP in a DevOps environment
* Acquainted with all phases of the software development process, from planning and building to testing and launching
* Knowledgeable about agile development frameworks
* Skilled in using lean infrastructure tools like Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, and familiar with Continuous Delivery approaches
* Deep understanding of distributed computing, data processing systems, and cloud-native solutions
* Experienced in managing containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines
* Capable of architecting and delivering solutions across user interface, server-side, and database components
* Adept at diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues
* Experience working within agile teams, especially those following SAFe practices
* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
* Excellent at communicating and collaborating within diverse, international teams
* Methodical and results-oriented in managing responsibilities
* Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, at B2+ level or higher
