We are looking for a Lead SAP MDG Developer to spearhead enhancements in our SAP Master Data Governance systems. You will focus on advanced ABAP, OOP, enhancements, and CDS development, driving impactful projects and mentoring the team. Join us to elevate your career and apply your expertise in SAP MDG.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and optimize SAP ABAP code for MDG applications
* Design and deliver object-oriented programming solutions
* Create and update CDS views supporting data governance models
* Implement system enhancements and custom extensions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide SAP MDG solutions
* Test, troubleshoot, and refine ABAP programs for optimal performance
* Document technical requirements and development workflows
* Support extensions of data and UI models within SAP MDG
* Configure validations, derivations, and workflow processes
* Manage business rules using BRF+
* Integrate SAP MDG APIs including Governance, Context, and External APIs
* Develop user interfaces with Floorplan Manager (FPM) and UIBB
* Execute SMT mapping tasks to facilitate data transformations
* Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience with ABAP development, minimum 5 years
* Comprehensive knowledge of core ABAP and object-oriented programming
* Expertise in SAP MDG Customer/Vendor domain
* Skillful with SAP enhancements and CDS views
* Familiarity with SAP MDG APIs and governance frameworks
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
* Experience building user interfaces using Floorplan Manager (FPM) and UIBB
* Knowledgeable in BRF+ and workflow configuration
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)
**Nice to have:**
* Experience extending MDG data and UI models
* Familiarity with SMT mapping techniques
* Understanding of SAP MDG validations and derivations
