We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our collaborative team. We specialize in delivering Salesforce solutions to the most recognizable brands worldwide. Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver solutions using components from the Salesforce ecosystem
* Lead the development team
* Follow our development standards and best practices
* Participate actively in our Technical Architecture Community
* Expand professional qualifications through continuous education
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Technical Architect
* Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform products
* Proficiency in Git (e.g., code merges between branches, cherry-picking, release tags, etc.)
* Solid knowledge of design/enterprise architecture patterns
* Advanced understanding of the Salesforce deployment toolchain (including Salesforce DX, change sets, data loader)
* Good understanding of project delivery methodologies
* Familiarity with testing processes and types of tests available (e.g., SIT, UAT, QA, automated testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.)
* Ability to assist the project manager in providing cost and time effort estimations
* Capability to work effectively under high pressure from project management or customers
* Experience conducting technical discovery sessions
* Knowledge of integration patterns
* Experience designing and building integration architectures
* Strong client-facing skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
