We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to design and execute testing processes for an AI assistant platform integrated with client portals. You will ensure the platform’s accuracy, security, and performance through comprehensive test plans. Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute detailed test plans addressing functional, performance, and usability aspects of the AI platform
* Conduct functional and non-functional tests including automated business plan generation and grant application optimization
* Assess accuracy and relevance of AI outputs through real-world scenarios and benchmarks
* Perform load and stress testing to verify system scalability and reliability
* Test APIs for security, data handling, and compliance during integration
* Collaborate with developers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects following secure-by-design principles
* Implement automated testing frameworks for continuous validation
* Document all testing procedures, outcomes, and reports to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in automated testing
* Strong knowledge of functional and regression testing methodologies
* Background in AI and prompt engineering concepts
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in teams within a fast-paced environment
* Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level
Nice to have:
* Experience in user acceptance testing
* Client communication experience
* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Previous exposure to testing AI-driven solutions
* Knowledge of agile development methodologies
