**Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain data products and services following best practice development methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule and within budget
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards for quality and reliability
* Conduct code reviews and perform rigorous testing to ensure software functionality and stability
* Produce well-documented technical designs and development plans
* Analyze root causes of software development issues and implement feedback loops to improve code quality
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
* Lead the application and promotion of Engineering Excellence within the team
**Requirements**
* Proven expertise in Data Software Engineering with strong proficiency in technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Spark, and Python
* Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, data pipeline development, and cloud-based architecture
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
* Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
* Experience promoting high-quality software development practices (e.g., engineering excellence)
* B2 English level
* Candidates must successfully complete customer and project interviews
**Nice to have**
* Working knowledge of other data-related architectures (e.g., Data Lake, Data Hub)
* Strong SQL and software design skills are a plus
* Hands-on experience with machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices
