We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our driven team. If you excel in collaborative environments, enjoy tackling complex deployment challenges, and are driven by optimizing CI/CD processes, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
* Address deployment failures across Kubernetes environments
* Manage complex Helm charts to enable scalable deployments
* Troubleshoot issues linked to Argo CD operations
* Implement GitLab CI/CD practices effectively
* Ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration across projects
* Collaborate with a team of 6-10 diverse professionals
* Take initiative in identifying and addressing evolving project needs
* Develop solutions tailored to inputs from analysts and product owners
* Optimize and refine DevOps processes continuously for increased efficiency
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
* Proficiency in DevOps methodologies and tools
* Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment mechanisms and troubleshooting
* Competency in managing and maintaining complex Helm charts
* Understanding of Argo CD operations and troubleshooting techniques
* Expertise in GitLab CI/CD workflows and practices
* Skills in integrating and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
* Strong communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities
* Capability to excel in collaborative, team-focused settings
* English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
