We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to maintain and support critical applications, ensure high availability, and troubleshoot issues across environments. Working with development and operations teams, you will deliver reliable solutions and optimize system performance.
**Responsibilities**
* Address issues and problems detected by monitoring systems or reported by internal or external users
* Monitor application performance and resolve issues proactively
* Automate routine tasks through scripting and tools
* Perform root cause analysis and postmortems, apply changes as needed
* Manage project documentation and runbooks
**Requirements**
* 3+ years of experience in software application support
* Proficiency in Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes
* Understanding of Linux administration
* Familiarity with application monitoring tools and log analysis
* Competency in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely solutions
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
* Fluent English communication skills, including speaking and writing
**Nice to have**
* Background in Agile Development practices
* Skills in Grafana
