We are seeking a Senior Google Cloud Platform Developer to join our Technology and Business Consulting group. You will work on GCP Infrastructure and Data projects, leveraging your expertise to build robust cloud solutions. **Responsibilities**
* Design and implement scalable GCP infrastructure solutions
* Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters using GKE
* Configure and manage Google Cloud Monitoring and Logging systems
* Develop and maintain Terraform scripts for infrastructure automation
* Optimize and manage data storage using Google Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL
* Analyze and query large datasets with Google Cloud BigQuery
* Use Google Cloud Shell for cloud environment management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
* Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
* Document cloud architecture and deployment processes
* Stay updated with the latest GCP features and best practices
* Support migration of workloads to Google Cloud Platform
* Provide guidance on cloud infrastructure scalability and performance
**Requirements**
* Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (3+ years)
* Proficiency in Kubernetes and Google Kubernetes Engine
* Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
* Knowledge of Google Cloud Monitoring and Logging tools
* Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery and Cloud SQL
* Familiarity with Google Cloud Storage
* Proficiency in shell scripting
* Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects
* Good communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to document technical processes clearly
* Experience with cloud security and compliance practices
* English language proficiency at the B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
* Experience in software development
* Google Cloud Certification such as PCA or ACE
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Decent business acumen
