We are seeking a Senior JavaScript Full-stack Developer to join our team focused on redesigning the Business Information & Publishing domain solution. You will play a key role in enhancing and revamping the existing system to better serve our clients. In this role, you will work closely with a compact agile team and client managers to deliver ongoing improvements and new features. If you are experienced in both frontend and backend development with a proactive mindset, we encourage you to apply and contribute to this impactful project.
**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a small agile team of 3 to 5 members to support swift decision-making
* Engage in regular meetings with client managers and development team for alignment
* Interact periodically with clients to collect and clarify requirements
* Deliver continuous functionalities and improvements following feature factory practices
* Own development tasks across the full stack with accountability
* Ensure that redesign efforts meet business goals and client expectations
* Provide technical guidance and share expertise with team members
**Requirements**
* Experience of 3+ years in JavaScript fullstack development
* Proficiency in Java and TypeScript for backend and frontend tasks
* Competency in ReactJS for building user interfaces
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and development methodologies
* Experience working autonomously in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams
* English language proficiency at intermediate or higher level
