**Responsibilities**
* Design and deliver end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot, and low-code/no-code platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and translate them into actionable workflows
* Integrate AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, and Bedrock, to enable NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics
* Build and maintain automation pipelines that meet reliability, scalability, and compliance standards
* Diagnose and improve the performance of existing automations, eliminating bottlenecks and addressing issues
* Stay current on emerging trends in automation technologies like generative AI, process mining, and hyperautomation
* Empower non-technical teams to use low-code solutions for citizen development through platforms like Power Automation and Azure Functions
**Requirements**
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate; knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot preferred
* Proficiency in designing RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop/Cloud and Copilot for creating automation scripts
* Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and OpenAI
* Understanding of API integrations, connectors, and hybrid automation architectures
* Background in platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is beneficial
* Ability to evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes
* Strong problem-solving aptitude, communication capabilities, and teamwork skills
**Nice to have**
* Qualifications in Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, or AI/ML
* Background in process mining tools like Celonis or Process Advisor
* Knowledge of intelligent automation fields, including business process automation, chatbots, and decision engines
* Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for hosting automated solutions
* Basic scripting skills in [dot]NET, Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript for advanced automation use cases
* Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices for automation pipelines
* Skills in data analysis and transformation using Power Query or SQL
