We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior SAP CAP Developer (JS) to join our team.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of an application designed to handle unique business scenarios. This platform supports partners in selling products, offering services, or creating solutions under exceptional circumstances, improving workflows and providing customized assistance to address non-standard operational challenges.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform code reviews and develop new application features following best practices in software development
* Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs to ensure system reliability
* Create comprehensive technical and user documentation to support application usage and maintenance
* Collaborate with team members to track performance and address operational needs
* Engage with customers and stakeholders on technical discussions, providing metrics and updates to management
* Contribute to the setup, improvement, and execution of development processes to enhance efficiency
* Make design and architectural decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP development or similar roles
* Proven expertise in SAPUI5, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP CAP, Node.js, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Piper, and Webdriver.IO
* Strong understanding of design principles and experience working with microservice architecture
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban for team collaboration and project delivery
* Solid foundation in JavaScript and Node.js, with practical experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), HANA database, and SAP CAP (Java, Node.js)
* Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
