**Job Description:**
* Manage finance and payment operations for SME clients, including invoicing, collections, settlements, and reconciliation.
* Work closely with Java developers on core payment systems.
* Provide team leadership and guidance, mentoring colleagues and shaping workflows.
* Collaborate with international stakeholders across finance, product, and technology.
* Identify opportunities to optimize and automate SME financial processes.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience working with Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in finance or payments.
* Managerial or team leadership experience.
* Working knowledge of Java (hands-on or strong collaboration experience).
* Solid understanding of payment systems and financial operations.
**Nice to Have:**
* Vue.js experience
* Exposure to commercial or SME lending
* Background in fintech, banking, or digital payments
