## Senior DevOps Engineer (Full Remote – Georgia)

**Team:**
EverAI has a passionate and dedicated team of 70 individuals. The founding team consists of experienced entrepreneurs with a track record of scaling tech businesses.
**Your Role:**
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in scaling EverAI’s platform and supporting its engineering teams. Reporting directly to the DevOps Lead, Mate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing infrastructure support to engineers.
* Managing, monitoring, and scaling existing services.
* Provisioning infrastructure and platform services through Infrastructure-as-Code, code reviews, and testing.
You will collaborate closely with Michael (Co-founder & CTO), the Product team, and the Engineering team (web developers, SRE, data scientists).
**Qualifications:**
**Must-haves:**
* 5+ years of experience in:
* Public cloud environments.
* Kubernetes and GitOps.
* Observability (logs, metrics, tracing).
* Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Helm.
* Ability to read and understand application code (Go, Python, shell).
* Working in tech startups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).
* Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
* Doer mindset with the ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.
* Humble attitude, open to learning and feedback.
* User-centricity and a passion for building amazing user experiences.
* Comfort working with uncensored models and content (#NSFW).
**Bonus points:**
* Past experience or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps, etc.).
* Location: Must be able to work within ±4 CET.
