Job Description:
Promotions Coordinator is reporting to Promotions Team Lead and is directly supporting corporate clients of Evolution by running promotion campaigns on Evolution games to maximize the revenue potential. Promotions Coordinator consults with client, understands their needs, gathers all details, and ensures that promotion project is executed as requested by helping directly as well as coordinating with internal departments. This is a global position which means you will have collaboration with clients, who are executing promotions in Malta, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Georgia, Riga and in the USA.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinating promotional activities and cooperation with all involved internal departments and corporate clients;
* Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
* Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the client’s requests;
* Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas;
* Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database;
* Co-leading the promotions team;
* Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory;
* Decorating the gaming floors for special events;
* Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions;
* Assisting to promotional video/photo shoots;
* Assisting Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks;
* Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
* Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 9 months EVO Experience;
* At least secondary education;
* Advanced English (both spoken and written);
* Good computer skills;
* Previous experience in sales & marketing is an advantage;
* Intermediate photography skills is a plus;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Good multitasking skills;
