**Job Title:** AI Testing Engineer

**Role Overview:**
Exactpro is seeking curious and innovative AI Testing Engineers. This role involves developing, training, and integrating AI models into testing frameworks for financial exchange systems. You will work at the intersection of AI technology and financial software engineering, using machine learning to generate test scenarios, predict system behavior, optimize test suites, and identify defects. This is a hands-on, research-oriented engineering role.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Project Delivery:** Perform testing activities for financial exchange systems, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
* **Software Testing:** Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases for financial exchange components.
* **AI-Augmented Testing:** Utilize proprietary AI models to design, generate, and execute complex test scenarios for high-volume, low-latency systems.
* **Model Support & Improvement:** Configure, fine-tune, and improve the accuracy and coverage of AI models for specific systems under test.
* **Analysis & Validation:** Analyze test results, investigate failures, and perform root cause analysis.
* **Requirements & Documentation:** Analyze system documentation and business requirements to validate model output.
**Must-to-Haves:**
* Experience in software test automation, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a complex domain.
* Programming skills in Python/Golang (preferred) or other languages (Java, C++) for scripting, test automation, and data manipulation.
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong grasp of business logic.
* A problem-solver’s mindset.
**Nice-to-Haves:**
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
* Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model training/evaluation, and MLOps principles.
* Direct experience testing exchange technologies, trading systems, or market data platforms.
* Knowledge of financial protocols (e.g., FIX, OUCH, ITCH) and concepts.
* Experience with data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
