About The Client

Join a high-impact modernization initiative for a leading UK PropTech company, where you’ll help transform a mission-critical legacy SaaS/TOM platform into a modern, scalable solution. You’ll dive deep into classic .NET monolith code to uncover and reshape complex business logic—an engaging challenge for engineers who love problem-solving at the architectural level.
This project offers the rare opportunity to rebuild both backend and frontend from the ground up using modern frameworks, cloud-ready patterns, and clean architecture principles. Expect a strong focus on engineering excellence: analytics and monitoring instrumentation, automated testing, CI/CD maturity, and maintainable code quality. If you want to leave a lasting technical legacy and work in a team that values innovation, this is the project for you.

What You’ll Do

Act as a proxy between stakeholders and development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and help develop and implement effective solutions
Participate in setting up a scaled agile process (based on Scrum of Scrums) and contribute to cross-team coordination and alignment
Gather critical information from stakeholders and meetings, document findings, and produce actionable reports
Prioritize work items based on business value, risks, and dependencies
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements, validating outputs throughout the software development lifecycle
Stay up-to-date with the latest business processes, IT advancements, and automation opportunities to modernize systems
Communicate insights, plans, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and management
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects, raising risks and blockers proactively

What You Bring

6+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Strong understanding of requirements types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, management), and full software development lifecycle
Experience working as a Product Owner or proxy in scaled Agile environments (Scrum of Scrums, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to reach acceptable solutions
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
Background in leading and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant BA tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
