**About The Client**
Our client is one of the Big Four accounting firms and the world’s largest professional services network. Headquartered in London, they operate in 150+ countries with 460,000+ professionals delivering excellence in audit, tax, consulting, and advisory.
The team you will join designs, develops, and deploys innovative enterprise technology and AI-driven tools to support the delivery of tax services. It is a dynamic group combining expertise in tax, software engineering, change management, and project management, working on initiatives from tool design and deployment to training development and engagement management.

What You’ll Do
* Providing requirements analysis, system design, Python and AI development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical support
* Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications using FastAPI and Pydantic
* Implementing asynchronous and parallel programming solutions with asyncio
* Building agentic AI applications with frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain
* Applying prompt engineering techniques – including design, refinement, and evaluation – to optimize LLM performance
* Developing and optimizing RAG pipelines with hybrid search and vector databases
* Integrating and experimenting with multi-modal GenAI models (text-to-image, text-to-audio, etc.)
* Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
* Working both independently and collaboratively within the team
* Providing clear instructions to team members and helping coordinate day-to-day operations
* Communicating with the client on a regular basis
* Providing technical leadership for the team – mentor, coach, and lead by example
What You Bring
* 5+ years of background in development
* Strong background in Python, FastAPI, and Pydantic
* Hands-on experience with asyncio, asynchronous/parallel programming
* Solid understanding of microservices architecture and scalable system implementation
* Experience using LLMs to solve real-world problems and developing agentic AI applications
* Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases
* Knowledge of multi-modal AI models and their practical applications
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
* Pragmatic approach to balancing process against flexibility in achieving objectives
* Excellent organizational skills, including the capacity to self-manage, structure work, set priorities, and work to deadlines
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to have
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
* Experience with Kendo UI or other component libraries
* Knowledge of MongoDB, Azure SQL
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration
* Experience with testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest)
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows
* Understanding of RAG pipelines and hybrid search with vector databases
Nice to have
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
* Skill for writing reusable libraries
* Knowledge of MongoDB, NPM, Azure DevOps Build/Release configuration
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
