About The Client
Our client is a global leader in financial and audit software solutions, empowering professionals in accounting, compliance, and data analytics to work smarter and more securely. The company serves thousands of organizations worldwide, from mid-sized firms to large enterprises, helping them modernize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance data integrity across complex ecosystems.
They are currently undergoing a major cloud transformation, evolving their product suite into a secure, scalable, and AI-ready SaaS platform. This modernization initiative focuses on improving system performance, implementing advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, and strengthening security and governance across their product ecosystem – paving the way for the next generation of intelligent audit and financial solutions.
Project Tech Stack
The project is centered on building a secure, scalable, and high-performance IAM platform using .NET 8/10, C#, and AWS Cloud. The backend solution is powered by microservices, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis, and EKS, with a strong emphasis on performance, security, and reliability. Key components include Auth0-based authentication, custom authorization services (RBAC/ABAC), and observability tooling, ensuring operational transparency and high availability.
What You’ll Do
* Design and own the architecture of a scalable, secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform built on AWS and .NET
* Collaborate directly with client CTO, SVP of Engineering, and product leaders to define the technical vision, roadmap, and priorities
* Lead architectural decisions for authentication, authorization, and data access models (RBAC, ABAC, Zero Trust)
* Oversee engineering teams during design and implementation to ensure architectural integrity and delivery quality
* Ensure system scalability, observability, and compliance with enterprise-grade performance and security standards
What You Bring
* 10+ years of experience in .NET (C#) engineering with a strong focus on cloud architecture and distributed systems
* Proven expertise in AWS Cloud (EKS, Aurora, Redis, networking, IAM) and microservice design patterns
* Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Auth0 or equivalent solutions, OAuth 2.1, OIDC, and Zero Trust principles
* Experience designing secure, high-availability platforms for enterprise or SaaS products
* Strong knowledge of data modeling and API architecture (REST-first, high-throughput systems)
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders (CTO, SVP Engineering) and align architecture with business goals
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to delivery
Nice to Have
* AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification
* Hands-on experience with Auth0 or other enterprise-grade IAM platforms
* Background in security-focused design and compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
* Experience contributing to large-scale SaaS or multi-tenant architectures
* Familiarity with AI-assisted development or data-driven authorization frameworks
