**What we expect from you:**
* **Personal Background:** Ideally, a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field, with initial experience in Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin development.
* **Tech Skills:** Familiarity with standards like REST and OAuth, and the ability to implement them in an app.
* **Passion:** Enthusiasm for your work and a strong eagerness to learn new things. Motivation and willingness to learn are highly valued.
* **Mindset:** Strong teamwork skills with the ability to share knowledge and ideas, as well as work independently on problem-solving.
* **Communication Talent:** Open and transparent communication, willingness to question requirements when implementing apps (hybrid, native, web).
* **Language Proficiency:** Highly proficient in both written and spoken English (at least C1 level).
