**Job Title:** Support Operations Engineer – Managed Services

**Job Description:**

Join our Managed Service Hub in Tbilisi and help shape a modern IT service experience. You’ll provide 24/7, 2nd level support for client infrastructures on AWS and Microsoft Azure, working in shifts to ensure round-the-clock availability.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate and support customer applications, databases, storage, cloud, containers, and virtualization services.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Dynatrace, CloudWatch.
* Basic understanding of programming languages like SQL, Java or experience with CI/CD pipelines.
* Document incidents and contribute to team knowledge using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence.
* Improve monitoring, IT processes, and service quality.
**Qualifications:**
* Background as IT system administrator, application administrator, site reliability engineer, or similar (enthusiastic newcomers welcome!).
* Good understanding of IT problem-solving, Windows/Linux, SQL, and IT service management.
* Solution-oriented, reliable, team player with strong English skills.
