FinSafe Ltd. is a UK-based company specializing in professional and educational training programs. We provide structured learning packages designed to support individuals in developing financial knowledge and professional skills.
As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a motivated and experienced International Recruiter to join our remote team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for international markets (UK, Canada, US, South Africa & Europe)
Source candidates through online platforms and recruitment tools
Actively post job advertisements across LinkedIn and other job boards
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews in English
Coordinate with hiring managers and support onboarding
Maintain an active candidate pipeline
✅ Requirements
Proven experience in international recruitment
Experience recruiting across multiple markets
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.)
English proficiency at B2–C1 level (strong communication skills required)
Highly motivated, target-driven, and organized
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
💰 Compensation
£700 fixed monthly payment
£50 bonus per successful hire (paid after the hired candidate completes 3 months with the company)
Performance-based earning potential
